3rd Annual New York International Fringe Festival
**Fringe Excellence Awards given out August 29th**

Esperance Theatre Company presents "Shirts, Socks & The Pajama King", a new children's play by Shay Gines at the NYC Fringe Festival August 18-29.

Shirts, Socks & The Pajama King is the story of Joanne and Thomas, two children who find themselves stuck indoors on a rainy Saturday. A power outage prevents them from enjoying their normal activities such as Saturday morning cartoons or video games and they are forced to rely on their imagination for entertainment. The two adventurers encounter a menacing vacuum cleaner monster, witness everyday objects coming to life and wage a war with the Pajama King. "etc." incorporates live actors and puppets the help create the enchantment as Joanne's room comes to life.
